We intend to provide investors the choice to reinvest both their principal and any profits earned from a specific project upon completion, into the subsequent real estate development project of Gatehouse Partners Funds. This reinvestment option is a way to acknowledge and reward our current investors, giving them priority access to invest and expand their capital in all future Gatehouse Partners Funds projects. Additionally, it enables investors to defer their capital gains taxes if they choose to reinvest their proceeds.
